desktop support tool allows us to connect directly to your desktop
to help us evaluate problems you may be having with your
workstation. The connection is secured with a password. If you
have an urgent problem, please call our emergency hotline. If we
need to connect to the desktop we will direct you to this page and
provide you a password.
