BOC's work order system provides full documentation of all the work you have requested and all of our activities to address those requests.  You can even make requests simply by sending an email to our help Desk.  A new work ticket will automatically be created for you.

Remain in the Loop

With a web-based interface, you can check on the status and history of any work order at any time.   And you receive email updates whenever we have taken actions or resolve the work order.  This information is also replicated in our invoicing.  So you always know what is being done and how BOC is serving your needs.
