BOC-Central
is our web-accessible Work-Order system. Clients access their
own secure accounts and submit work-orders requiring BOC
attention. This on-line system guarantees that problems are addressed and resolutions are
documented.
Clients
also benefit from having a complete history of all completed
work.
The system further serves as a tool for problem solving. If a problem we solved once
should resurface, we can retrieve the past work order and
quickly review the previous solution. The system not
only saves time in this way, but also captures knowledge so
that a change of technician doesn't mean a loss of
continuity.
